AINS, Inc. is officially three decades old! With today marking the 30th anniversary of AINS, we’d like to take the opportunity to reflect back on the history of the company and some of its biggest accomplishments.
AINS, Inc. was founded in 1988 by Mohinder Goswami. Initially a professional IT services company, AINS transitioned into providing Freedom of Information Act request management software and related FOIA services to U.S. federal government agencies. AINS launched FOIAXpress in 2000 to automate FOI response processes.
In 2006, AINS launched eCase, an award-winning adaptive case management platform. AINS has since developed various applications built on the eCase Platform, including but not limited to eCase Investigations, eCase Audit, eCase Correspondence, and eCase Human Resources, to address customer needs across diverse business areas.
In 2015, AINS was named by CIO Review Magazine in its list of the Top 20 Most Promising BPM Technology Solution Providers. Soon after in the same year, eCase was featured by Gartner in its 2015 BPM-Platform-Based Case Management Frameworks Critical Capabilities Reports.
eCase was recognized by Gartner for the second year in a row in their 2016 BPM-Platform-Based Case Management Frameworks Critical Capabilities Reports. eCase was also featured in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for BPM-Platform-Based Case Management Frameworks for the first time.
This year, eCase was recognized as one of the most significant cloud-based dynamic case management providers in 2018 by Forrester in The Forrest Wave: Cloud-Based Dynamic Case Management, Q1 2018 report.
